Sonic Meme - Complete

Was bored, so I decided to do a meme.

1. I love Dr. Eggman/Dr. Robotnik (I use both names interchangeably and I don't see the fuss over which name is "right"). He's such an obnoxious man-child, and he's the only character who's consistent, awesome, and consistently awesome! Plus I love villains.

Shadow's also one of my favorites, but only for Sonic Adventure 2. You gotta admit, he was awesome in that game. Then he just got more and more lame. (But then made a small comeback in Sonic 06 with that roundhouse kick.)

2. Screw the Babylon Rogues. They're obnoxious. And screw Shade. She's so surly and boring. BRB STEALING SHADOW'S NAME AND RUINING KNUCKLES' BACKSTORY. Guh, that game in general.

3. Not cannon! Not even a little! But they're both the same age, same size, both fly, and they like flowers. Plus I like the whole bad boy likes good girl and vice versa theme. ([link]) And also their color palettes work together nicely.

4. Kira the Boss. And Frank the Bean. And Rhino. <3

6. S3&K was my first Sonic game, it's what got me into the series in the first place. Still love it. Still suck at it.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle was the game that made me a long term fan. Still love it. Still can't get to the top of the rocket in Metal Harbor. Still hate Crazy Gadget.

7. Espio's the easiest for me to draw! It... doesn't show very well in this picture because I'm not good at sketching on the computer, but he is really easy. Pretty much everyone who's not a hedgehog is easy for me to draw. XD

And also Hasbean. That glorious mofo. <3

8. When I started drawing this, I thought I sucked at large monsters. And then the picture came out good. So, uh. Yeah. I should've said Omega. Or hedgehogs.

9. HECK YEAH BIOLIZARD. WITH YOUR COMING THE HECK OUTTA NOWHERE AND YOUR LACK OF A GOOD DESIGN. LIKE SERIOUSLY. WHAT ARE YOU AND HOW DO YOU GO FROM GIANT ASS LIZARD TO HEDGEHOG.

10. My neighbor (and best friend) owned a Genesis (I think it was her brother's), and she was the first one to show me Sonic and Knuckles. I wasn't allowed to touch it, so I just watched. I remember playing/watching Mortal Kombat and Jurassic Park more, to be honest. XD

This was back in like, 1997 or 98. So Sonic Adventure might've already come out by then, but I was still introduced to the Genesis games first. I ended up buying the Sonic and Knuckles collection for PC a year later.

I remember my first time playing Mushroom Hill, I got stuck on one of those... things that you get stuck on (the vine things), and I thought I had broken the game because I didn't know how to spindash. This gave me trouble, but never the barrels in Carnival Night Zone. LOLOLOL

11. Nah, I'm just kidding. Yuji Naka can do his own thing. Rodea does look cool in my opinion. I'll want to try that one out when it's released. If the current team keeps doing what it's doing, and keeps this mentality of NOT MAKING GAMES THAT SUCK, I'll be cool. Sonic Colors was fun.
